Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is being run by Pink Grapefruit, whose registered office is Kemsley House, 1 Kemsley Chase, Farnham Royal, Buckinghamshire SL2 3LU.

2. By entering the prize draw, entrants (referred to as "entrants" or "you") agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

3. Entrants must be over 16 and residents of the UK or Republic of Ireland. Employees of Pink Grapefruit and any of its agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. Entrants will be deemed to be the natural person to whom the email address (provided on entry) is registered. No purchase is necessary in order to enter the prize draw. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. To be eligible, you must submit your own application as detailed on the prize draw entry submission page. Entries must be received on or before the date specified for the competition entered. Pink Grapefruit is not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures or delays of any kind or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed, lost, late or damaged.

5. Pink Grapefruit will select one winner by random from amongst the correctly answered complete entries on the day after competition close. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided on entering this prize draw.

6. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and address, both of which must satisfy Pink Grapefruit before the prize is given. The winner's details will also be available on request from Pink Grapefruit one day after the close of competition by writing to us at the address given above.

7. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner. If a winner cannot be contacted within two weeks of the prize draw, his/her prize will revert to Pink Grapefruit who may then select an alternative winner. Pink Grapefruit does not accept any responsibility for any failure by the winner to accept his/her prize or failure to provide sufficient evidence of identity or living address to satisfy Pink Grapefruit.

8. Pink Grapefruit may use any and all information relating to the prize draw for marketing purposes or any other purpose not prohibited by law, including use of the winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes. Personal information of entrants will always be used in accordance with Pink Grapefruit's Privacy Policy.

9. Pink Grapefruit's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. These terms and conditions and the prize draw are governed by the laws of England. Pink Grapefruit may terminate these terms and conditions and the prize draw if it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond either's reasonable control.
